- Completed applications and clearances can be mailed to Juniata Valley Council, 9 Taylor Drive, Reedsville PA 17084 or via email to jvcinfo@scouting.org. or securely uploaded to our JVC website.
- The Adult Pennsylvania Clearances only need to be complete once and can be used for multiple positions until they expire.
- SSN is required to apply, but does not need to be written on the application. Council registrar will make contact to obtain the SSN.
- Membership fees apply. Adults holding multiple positions will only pay the adult membership fee once per year.
