All units will receive 32% Commission* on their sales.*			*Show and Sell Product Returns*: No more than 50% of the total product cost can be returned.
Sell 10 items and participate in our Take Order Blitz form contest to be entered into a drawing for 1 of 20 $25 Scout Shop Gift Certificate each week. Email forms to douglas.baker@scouting.org* or text to 717-903-5441			Scouts that are registered members before July 1^st will receive their sales materials in the mail, otherwise you must personally distribute materials to new Scouts.
*Show and Sell – Walmart locations:* Please coordinate with District leadership/contact Doug with a few date options for conducting Show and Sells at Walmart in August, September, and early October.
*One check per unit* payable to Juniata Valley Council for payment for Take Order and Show and Sell. Payments by credit cards are subject to a 3% service charge.
*Please send the name and email address of your unit’s Popcorn Kernel to* *douglas.baker@scouting.org* *as soon as you are able.*

Greetings Juniata Valley Council Scouting Families! The 2026 Fall Popcorn Sales season is underway! If your unit is selling popcorn this year – thank you for doing so! If you are unsure, please check with your unit leaders. If you are new to popcorn sales, please get in touch with me and we can get you started!

The 2026 Fall Product Sale has three segments:

Show and Sell: Show and Sell orders were due on July 15, 2026. Council has ordered some additional Show and Sell product. If you did not submit a Show and Sell Order, but would like to participate, please contact Doug as soon as possible.

Take Order: This sale is done using the enclosed Take Order Form. Youth members who are registered as of July 1, 2026, will be mailed a 2026 Popcorn Take Order Form. There are also links to the order form below.

Online Sales: These are Online Sales that can be used by friends and family from all over the country starting immediately through 11/6/2026 to support their Scout! The products sold from these sales are shipped directly from the vendor.

Each Scout selling popcorn online will need an account created in the Camp Masters’ system by the Unit Popcorn Kernel OR their parent or guardian. This can be done by the parent or guardian at this website: https://ordering.campmasters.org/CampMasters/Registration and then selecting either Scout Registration (over 13 years old) or Parent/Guardian Email Address (under 13 years old). Once the Scout has created their Camp Masters account, customers would place their order at this link: https://ordering.campmasters.org/PopcornOrdering

Key Steps to Success with your Popcorn Sale

Each unit should identify a 2026 Popcorn Leader (the Kernel!) and send their unit number, name, email, and phone number to Doug Baker (douglas.baker@scouting.org). The account will be created and a link to the system will be sent to the Kernel. It is recommended that money be collected when the order is taken and then the product will be delivered at a later date. Remember 32 percent of all sales remain with the local unit! Please see the reverse side of this letter for more information.
