Fall 2025 Popcorn Campaign

6/1 On-line sales start 
6/7 Popcorn Kernel Training 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at 7MSC 
7/15 Show and Sell Orders due (ordering.campmasters.org 
7/31Show and Sell Popcorn delivered to 7MSC Helpers needed please contact Doug Baker at 717-903-5441 or douglasbaker@scouting.org 
8/1 Show and Sell Pick-up at 7MSC for Scout Units 
8/3 Program Fair at Del Grosso’s and Popcorn Selling Season!!! 
9/12 Week 1 Take Order ‘Blitz’ forms due by 5pm* 
9/19 Week 2 Take Order ‘Blitz’ forms due by 5pm* 
9/26 Week 3 Take Order ‘Blitz’ forms due by 5pm* 
10/17 Unit Take Orders, prize orders, and payments due 
10/17 Show and Sell payments/product returns by 6pm at 7MC 
11/7 Units pick-up Take Orders at 7MC by 6pm 
12/31 On-line sales end 
All units will receive 32% Commission on their sales.  Show and Sell Product Returns:  No more than 50% of the total product cost can be returned. 
*Sell 10 items and participate in our Take Order Blitz form contest to be entered into a drawing for 1 of 20 $25 Scout Shop Gift Certificate each week.  Submit forms at https://247scouting.com/forms/497-blitz  or email to douglas.baker@scouting.org  Scouts that are registered members before July 1st will receive their sales materials in the mail, otherwise you must personally distribute materials to new Scouts. 
One check per unit payable to Juniata Valley Council for payment for Take Order and Show and Sell.  Payments by credit cards are subject to a 3% service charge.

Parents and Unit Leaders – A reminder that checks written by customers for Show and Sell and Take Orders, they should be made payable to your unit.  One check per unit payable to Juniata Valley Council for payment for Take Order and Show and Sell.  Payments by credit cards are subject to a 3% service charge.
